River Valley Acquires Crow's Nest Marine

Wayzata, Minn. – River Valley Marine’s President, John Wooden, announced the acquisition of a boat repair, maintenance, and storage facility formally known as Crows Nest Marine located at 6458 US-12, Maple Plain, MN.
The company will now have (2) locations serving the Lake Minnetonka community. The new facility will be conveniently located just 8 miles from the company’s existing sales store and marina located at 1444 Shoreline Drive, Wayzata, MN on Lake Minnetonka. The new addition creates the ability to expand the service department and storage capabilities. The fully equipped service center will also enable the company to offer a higher level of service and maintenance, and a fully stocked parts department to customers in addition to mobile service.
River Valley intends to retain previous owners of 25 years, Jack & Victoria Dukes as well as another technician. This brings the Minnetonka service team to a total of 9 full time dedicated employees. Furthermore, River Valley intends on retaining the “family first atmosphere” with a high level of service to customers and plans to continue to invest heavily in all their facilities over the coming years.
